Education and Professional Qualifications
Graduated from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Skudai, Johor, with a Bachelor of Science in Property Management and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM).
He has obtained several professional qualifications, including:
- Registered Property Manager (PM) – The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents & Property Managers (BOVEAP).
- Certified Member of Surveyor (Sr.) – The Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), Property Management Division.
- Certified Integrity Officer (CeIO) – The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).
- Basic Certificate Course In Insurance and Takaful Broking (BCCITB) – Asian Institute of Insurance (AII)
Work Experience
He has extensive experience in the property sector, having worked with:
- KJ Property Management Sdn Bhd – Property Management.
- Sunrise Berhad – Property Management.
- MK Land Holdings – Property Marketing.
On 1 November 2024, he was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and later promoted to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on 16 December 2024.
Service in RISDA
Before joining PROTAC, his last position was Administrative Officer, Grade N13 (N52). During his tenure at RISDA, he held several key positions, including:
- Head of Integrity Unit, Director General’s Office (2023–2024): Responsible for promoting compliance with integrity policies, ensuring good governance, and enforcing ethical values across the organization.
- Deputy Director, Human Resource Department (2012–2023): Managed strategic human resource development, competency & performance management, and workforce planning to ensure departmental efficiency.
- Assistant Director, Administration & Engineering Department (2009–2012): Oversaw administrative tasks, asset management, and logistic management within RISDA.

He joined our Company in March 1999 with a degree in BBA (Hons) Insurance and completed his BCCITB from Malaysian Insurance Institute (MII) in 2010.
He has over 17 years of working experience as an insurance broker. He has extensive experience in insurance program design and provides consultation to a wide range of sectors including fleet, oil & gas, aviation, shipping, power plant, financial institutions and manufacturing risks.
Moreover, he has a wide networking with Insurer & Re-insurer which certainly widen the capacity of coverage.

Graduated from RIMA Secretarial Finishing College with LCCI Private Secretarial Course & Business Admin and has over 10 year’s experiences in the insurance industry.
She was the underwriting officer for insurance company before joined the brokers. She has attended various technical trainings to enhance her knowledge in providing first class service to our clients.

Holds a Diploma in Business Administration from UITM (1989) and has over 23 years of working involvement as an insurance broker. She furthered her study in 2010 at Malaysian Insurance Institute (MII) for BCCITB.
Joined PROTAC since 1991, therefore she has a profound knowledge & wide experiences handling the customer’s needs & requirement.
She professionally experts in general insurance especially in Property, Fire, Medical & Hospital Scheme, Professional Indemnity, Plantation Insurance policy. The most successful task is managing a huge group insurance policy and receiving a special rate for the coverage until today. Frequently invited as a speaker by clients for the internal courses.

Responsible on financial management of the organization including development of financial & operational information for the organization and stakeholders especially Bank Negara Malaysia in order to support decision making. Well verse in Brokers Financial & Accounting system.
